Got a pair a few weeks ago on rollback for a great price. Had tried them on in the store beforehand, was impressed with how comfortable they were. Haven't worn them much yet (don't have a great need for dress shoes at this time, but decided I should have a pair in case), tried them out on errand running for a couple hours, and was pleased with how cushy and flexible they were. Soles are a softer cushy multi-layer rubberish compound in the heel, much quieter and more comfortable than the old school leather soles and hard heels. No 'clomping' as you walk, quiet on hard floors, no hard 'hit' with the heel. Don't know about longevity though, they may wear faster than you'd hope (hence the 4 star instead of 5 star rating), but depends on what you walk on most. Padded collar and heel pull tab are nice touches, although some may want to remove the pull tab for a more 'professional' look (they don't show the tab in the pics but it's there on mine). You may want to add some cushier insoles if you're on your feet all day. I normally take a size 10, but sometimes 10.5 in dress shoes, but these were perfect at 10. Only nitpick is the 'plasticky' laces that don't stay tied tight all the time, but you can buy laces you like. I'll live with these until they break. But best 'dress' shoe around for the price.
