Turning Point Is A Good Investment

I am an older gamer, in my 50's, and I certainly do enjoy the first person shooter games on the market these days. The graphics to this game are solid, and has its own feel, unlike copycat games that remind you of another game, just the plot is a bit tweaked. This particular game starts right out from jump with you high atop the city....again great in your face graphics, but also background action is subtle, but still right there....The weapons feel different, have a different aim to it, unlike Call of Duty or Frontline. At times the screen is dark for effect and is hard to see, but I feel that plays into the game. And the plot line is solid with one change in history and BAM! you are right in it, having our good ol USA getting invaded. I feel this game is for the over 21 crowd, requires medium skill, which is where I am, and is a good contrast to other FPS games on the market. I listed the value as being not worth it, but that is my own feeling that games at $60 a pop is tough if you buy a lot of games like me. But overall it has replay ability, have four levels of difficulty, and is engrossing. Meaning, I know I enjoy a game when I start to play, and then realize three hours have passed..... Join me in saying that this is a good buy, great fun, and my game never froze, acted strange and such. Game on!

Underrated

I bought this game with the knowledge that it was very poorly rated by the big name video game critics. Being a history buff I felt that this was a risk worth taking, and it was. The campaign is really interesting and the gameplay is good enough to have fun with. The multiplayer is the only serious flaw with this game.

An Okay Game With Excellent Graphics

The game was okay. It has amazing graphics, but it isn't as intense as expected. There were also some gliches and a few spots in the "story" when the disc actually froze and would not continue. Overall, the game is okay and I think people will enjoy it.
