This 3rd generation Freeride, the Freeride Fusion, allows for smooth carving and unrestricted creativity in chop. Low drag design hex fin: HO Sports has taken the traditional 2D waterski fin model to the next level by creating a NACA Airfoil inspired 3-dimensional fin for more lift and lower drag. Acting like an airplane wing, this surf style fin enhances ski versatility by increasing glide speed and turning properties. The ski is available in two sizes depending on the rider's body weight. A 65" (165cm) length for rider's weighting 110 lbs. to 150 lbs. (50 kg) and a 67" (170.2cm) length for rider's weighting 150 lbs. (68 kg) and over. Recommended tow speed is 24 to 28 mph (39 to 45 kph).

Clean Edge Technology reduces drag 50% by allowing water to release cleanly off the bottom of the ski. This differs from conventional edges where water wraps around the bevel, up the sidewall and releases off the upper edge creating suction. The Clean Edge bevel-less tail produces more acceleration with less skier input. In addition, HO Sport enhanced stability by maintaining more bevel between the rear foot and fin. The result is a fast moving highly efficient ski with the handling required for tight line turns.

The freeMAX boot has a 175mm (6.9") tall cuff height. This low profile is for increased flexibility and comfort. Boot has an SBR closed cell foam liner for a natural rubber feel. Composite textile shell reinforced in the Achilles spine and heel cup for improved durability. Softened over the instep and cuff wings for a more secure fit. 10mm (0.4") thick zero-drop, contoured footbed provides a solid platform for improved balance.

This adjustable rear kicker employs a marshmallow foam liner for amazing out-of-the-box comfort and pairs great with the freeMAX boot. The ART's easy to mount and adjust direct connect system gives the skier natural edge angle for precise edge control & improved balance. It achieves the industry's shortest flex footprint which virtually eliminates ski flex dead spots so your ski turns as easy as designers intend. The DC system also allows for micro adjustment for infinite fore/aft and 7* of rotational adjustment. The Adjustable Rear Toe (ART) is also available in the aluminum plated version to fit traditional insert patterns. Composite textile shell softened over the instep for a more secure fit.
