I was sent a cheap item, not the one pictured
The product in the picture is a great product, however I was sent a cheap cat's paw that cost about half the price and looks nothing like this nice "Japanese style puller," as we used to call them, that is pictured. As a matter of principle I had to waste a couple of hours to return it; in the I am having much better luck buying tools direct from those that have them in warehouse such as HD.
