Brush morning and evening: Wet toothbrush, turn bottle upside down (do not shake), drop 1-5 drops (1-2 drops when first starting) of OraMD onto the bristles and brush as directed. Those who have sensitive gums should increase the amount at their own pace. Be sure to brush your tongue. OraMD can be powerfully minty so stay within your comfort zone. Brushing Technique: Hold the OraMD Toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your teeth and brush in a short, circular motion with the bristles penetrating the gum line as you brush. Apply firm but light pressure. Brush the outer surfaces, and the chewing surfaces. For optimal results use our uniquely designed OraMD Toothbrush.\nRinse and gargle morning and evening: 1-2 drops of OraMD in an ounce of water.

There is everything to love about Ora MD
I have been using OraMD from the day it was introduced to the public (approx 25 years ago) %26 have never looked back or gone back to frequent expensive dental visits, painful swollen gums, cavities, offensive breath, etc. Back all those years ago and After several months of daily use an ongoing discussion on the need for a partial gum surgery was dropped. I was in my 50's then and now I am in my 80"s! I remain vigilant, today, to properly %26 thoroughly sanitize my gums %26 teeth once per day. Side Note: In all this time since starting to use ORA MD I have not had a cold, FLU, or any type of illness whatsoever which is pretty amazing %26 may or may not be attributed to the use of ORA MD. Last: Huge Dental Bills are now non-existent in my world.
