Not the old implied greatness “It's a Dell dude”

Not pleased at all, but being disabled, I have no option nor way to return it. I do not care for the Dell branding which you are reminded of periodically throughout use. It's better than a Chromebook, which I will also never purchase again, but after the purchase of this dell, I'll go back to HP. This is just a no-go for me.

4 stars to computer , but 3 stars to Walmart.

I gave it 4 not 5 stars not because I had any issues how it operates, but because it is a USED REFURBISHED computer, and it does not indicate anywhere on Wal-mart's website that it is. It was very reasonable in its price for what you get, and since there was no indication of it being used, I thought it was a sale or something. Anyway, it arrived packaged well, with lots of inflated padding around everything. However, no paperwork was included. If someone unfamiliar with desktops ordered this, they might have a bit of trouble figuring out how to set it up, but I didn't have any problems. It booted up fine, and although there were a few small scuffs and scratches here and there, it works very well and is fast running. What I really like is that it comes with Windows 10 NOT 11, so it includes the old Wordpad and Windows media player, which is very important to me because I use those all the time. So, really a 4 star rating for the computer itself, but a 3 star rating to Walmart for not disclosing it was a refurbished system.
