Helpful assistance for body-weight exercises

I like the variety of exercises you can do with this, especially the boost it provides for bridges and pushups. The foam-padded levers are very slightly out of alignment but that doesn't make a material difference to the exercises. Excellent for small spaces. I recommend the addition of a quality sticky (yoga) mat to keep it from sliding away, because the included foam mini-mat that isn't very sticky.
