Richard Scarry's Best Counting Book Ever, (Hardcover)

This was one of our son's favorite books forty years ago when he was a toddler. Now he has a new born with his wife. I immediately had to find this great book by Richard Scarry. His storytelling skills from page to page are short snippets, just enough to hold a child's interest. He coupled that with beautiful illustrations all over each page. A child could spend quite a few minutes taking in all the information on each page about numbers. The best part for our son was being able to eventually count to 100 with the help of one of the last pages in the book showing every number from 1 to 100. He was so absorbed in numbers and still is today. Thank you Mr. Scarry for my son and children around the world who are interested in what you have taught them through your wonderful books. Please buy this book when you find it, or any of his other ones.
