The tent didn't quite work out for us but the return process was easy and successful. the customer service rep was very polite and helpful. I was slightly disappointed in Walmart tho. Well we had 3 people total to open the framework up. we all pulled at the same time had to move to different corners while opening was going smooth and then it broke an arm, metal snapped in half and crimped. Used it for our 2 projects with the frame ductd taped up but we knew we were gonna have to throw it away as it was holding water on the side that broke. all in all just not happy w it wouldnt recommend it and will be looking for another unit. Sorry this is my experience w the product
