I purchased the DV-1S0029-V3 model which was delivered within a few days of placing the order. Installation likely does require two people as it is a heavy unit. I purchased this toilet for my elderly mother who has mobility issues, and she loves it! It is comfort height making it easier for her to use with the elevated seat height compared to a standard toilet. Having the different types of washing and drying features are essential for her. The features make her life in this area much easier as she gets older and sometimes struggles to clean herself properly after using the bathroom. Will be purchasing one for my father's place as well who struggles with more physical disabilities and could really benefit from the features a smart toilet has to offer as opposed to a standard toilet. The smart toilets are a game changer especially for those that are older or have physical limitations. Highly recommend!
