I originally purchased a different mirror that was 8x magnified. I had to return it because it wasn't strong enough. Got this one & it is perfect for what I need it for. I use it for makeup & I can see everything very well. I highly recommend this mirror if you really want a close up view. Walmart was excellent to deal with also. Refunded my first item & delivered the second one in 2 days!!
