This warranty does not cover cracked windows, tent tears, broken or bent poles due to high wind or unattended use. The part will be replaced or repaired (manufacturer's option). Once we receive your claim request, it will be reviewed and someone from the Warranty Department will contact you within 5-7 business days to confirm and/or follow up on your claim request.
