I really have enjoyed adding this product to my monthly menu. It's so perfect, please don't change it! It's moist n has a wonderful taste. It's been an easy treat to add fresh fruit n other toppings on these wonderful light Pancakes. Try them with dark Chocolate Chips and diced Banana's in them. Yummy! They are yummy with or without toppings! . Love these! Love them

Easy to mix, good taste.

I switched to this brand after the woke name change of my former go-to pancake mix. My son asks for waffles and pancakes several times a week and this is an easy mix since it only requires water to add unless you opt for the eggs and oil for the waffles. It makes for a good funnel cake mix also.

I like to add a splash of lemon juice to the batter since I like my pancakes on the thinner side. The lemon juice adds an acidic to the batter which helps to break it down making it thinner like the consistency of paint. Easy to make pancakes and waffles. I highly recommend.
