A disappointment purchase!

The details on the Walmart site did not adequately show potential problems: Though I ordered "Wide" size, the shape of this shoe was itself very narrow and so did NOT fit. Also the heel is too high for me to walk comfortably for any time! AND the material looks cheap as well. Very disappointed with this purchase--How can I get my money back quickly?

NOT a good buy for me--How can I return them now?

I ordered these in my size in "Wide" but they are still too narrow for my foot. Also, in ne online photos they looked softer and nicer than the actual shoe material is. NIOT what I was thinking I had ordered and would receive! HOW can I return them for full credit???
