terrible—not at all what was described in the app

It wasn't at all the item described in the app. The description in the app says it's dimmable but there's no button or dial or anything to do that. It's supposed to be USB chargable but did not come with a USB cord and won't accept my cords. The box says long battery life, and battery can be easily replaced at the bottom - where? how? And why do I need to replace a battery if it's USB chargable? The box identifies it as a "swinging candle" - whaaat? Did not come with instructions or any sort of literature. The box has some sort of nonsense about a broken heart, and was obviously written by someone with very little grasp of English. It also says "no bad smell ." Again - whaaat? This product is a hunk of junk and I want a refund.
