The GM4562 Series 4 Monopod from Gitzo is a 6-section, lightweight carbon fiber support designed to be the most compact and travel friendly monopod within Gitzo's line up. Utilizing Gitzo's patented G-Lock Ultras, the GM4562 has the ability to support up to an impressive 66 lb while weighing just 1.5 lb. Reaching a maximum height of 60.6", the GM4562 is suitable as a general use monopod ideal for nearly any situation. Its true advantage lies within its 6-section design, which allows the monopod to collapse down to an easily packed 17.3" in length. As all Gitzo monopods, it features a reversible 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 mounting thread for adding an optional head if more height or articulation is needed. Maintaining Gitzo's reputation for strength, the GM4562 utilizes 6X Carbon eXact tubing and patented G-Lock Ultra designs to ensure professional performance without the bulk.
