Frustrated and overcharged!
Not happy at all as the item I purchased was supposed to cost $71.33 but I was charged two charges for this item, a temporary charge of $76.81 and the actual cost of $71.33 . I was told the temporary charge would be credited back within 10 days, but 35 days later it was never credited. I filed a dispute with my bank for the $76.81, but Walmart said it was a correct charge. I have now had this escalated by Walmart customer service. Ugh!
