Oklahoma State Cowboys 18'' x 18'' USA Shape Cutout Sign

This order was a nightmare. I have "chatted" with Walmart customer service TWICE and the issue was not resolved. Nor did I get a call back as requested. In a nutshell, I was told by the vendor (I ended up calling them direct) that the order had been cancelled (not by me). This occurred 3 weeks after initial ordering, with NO notifications or updates during that time period. I then reordered from a different vendor only to be notified that my original Walmart package was delivered. Since this was a gift to a different state, I was not able to return it. Now my recipient has two of the exact same gift...and I do not have a refund or credit!
