best product for killing mold I've ever used. and the disinfectant works great as well. i highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaner if they're having trouble with mold. one thing i do have to say is that the mold killer sprayer needs to be rinsed with water after each use otherwise the sprayer stops working. (this issue is common with sprayers using chemicals like these)

Make sure you use the proper PPE! The stain remover is basically bleach. It works, but man oh man does it smell and stain. I've used these two products together in my house many times now (old home with mold and ish issues) and it has really saved me. Or at the very least bought me time to prevent more damage while I rip stuff out and replace it.
