I have been taking antihistamines for sinusitis and post nasal drip for months. Started getting pain and swelling of my liver because I have liver disease. This NeilMed Hypertonic solution is the best option out there. In my opinion, yhe key difference with this product isn't the ingredients but the fact that it's hypertonic vs hypotonic or isotonic. The latter two don't seem to help as much from my experience.
