Fast and clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is super clear and it is very fast. Switching through apps is seamless. The 43” is small for the main living room but may be a good size for office or guest room. Overall it seems like a good quality TV so far and I'm happy with it except for the size.

Damaged Goods

Damaged Goods. Arrived today 02/20/26 bottom side up, sliced, cut open or tape gave way. Also had been dropped and has a crushed bottom corner. Sent email to Customer Service with no reply after 7 hours. Then did open carton rest of way, set up. Only screen picture was a "spider web" with bullseye in center. Just repacked and now await return instructions.
