These wheels are great for so many fixed gear applications. They are tough, relatively lightweight, and can fit so many bikes. The Velocity Deep-V rims have legendary durability, are very aerodynamic, and look great. The Formula hubs are really something to be desired. The high-flanges provide a stylish old school look, the sealed bearings are silky smooth, and the rear hub is so versatile. You can set it up to be run on bikes with rear spacing of 120mm, 126mm, or 130mm (126 and 130 with the additional purchase of spacers). In addition, it's flip-flop so the threading on one side is for a fixed gear cog of one tooth count and the other is for a freewheel.
