EPEX G645 Large Combo Vending Machine with Stratified Temperature-Controlled refrigeration, capable of vending cold soda, candy, chips, and snacks. 'Liquid injection foam' technology guarantees the highest insulating efficiency. The removable refrigeration system is easy to maintain, repair, and replace. Stratified temperature control allows the upper 3 trays (A/B/C) to range between 12°C-18°C, and the lower 3 trays (D/E/F) to range between 3°C~14°C. The 45/90 Degree two-stage tiltable shelves make maintenance much easier. Tray spacing is adjustable by each step of 15mm. A drop sensor installed in the delivery bin ensures vending success every time. LED string lighting system is super bright and energy-saving. A glass heater is embedded in the front glass to prevent the condensation of moisture. Tempered door glass with argon gas interspace is used for insulation purposes. MDB and DEX are ready, with a telemetry system included. It accepts bills, coins, and returns change as standard, with a cashless payment system as an optional feature. Optional special locks with both sub-keys & master keys for easy management are available.

The machine is not cooling the upper part of the cabinet. The display shows a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius, but the actual temperature is only 10 degrees Celsius in the lower section and 17 degrees Celsius in the upper section. The owner's manual is inadequate and, in my case, does not match the electronic control board inside the machine. Communication with the manufacturer or representative in California is terrible; I have sent them more than four emails in a month and have received no response. I have also contacted them by phone, and although they answer the calls, they don't resolve any questions or problems. The machine is not cooling the upper part of the cabinet. Had problems from the beginning - dollar bills kept getting stuck - machine said column empty when it wasnt - customer service was horrible - first day setting it up - tried call all day long - mail box full - customer service was in China !!! Learn by my mistakes -
