Bio-Oil should be massaged in a circular motion on the body or face until fully absorbed. It is recommended that Bio-Oil be applied twice daily for a minimum of three months. Best thing for scars!
I had a surgery on my thumb where they cut it straight down the middle to the bone. The scar after wards was insane looking. Doc said to start applying vitamin E oil once sutures were out and massaging it daily so I used this and it helped so much to reduce the scar tissue. My thumb no longer looks like it was put together by Frankenstein and the scar isn't noticeable unless you really look. Highly highly recommend!
