Poor quality. Not worth it.
This dress is so flimsy and poor quality. The tutu material is definitely not clothing quality and more like craft material, the bow is stuck on with a glue gun. It looks more like a one time use Halloween costume than a dress. I highly doubt it will survive one wash, let alone one use by a toddler. It's not even worth the discounted rate of worth $13. I don't recommend this dress.
