Mismatched Set

I have this set is the color sage which i love and don't have any issues with which prompted me to repurchase but in a different color. I purchased the navy but I'm disappointed with this purchase.The piece for the smallest chair does not belong to the set and it does not fit the chair. The design also has elastic ties and pockets on the sides which the other two pieces do not have.
