Nice but missing 12 cupcake toppers

The banner was a nice quality, not plastic but a fabric material. Unfortunately, we only recieved 12 cupcake toppers and not 24, which was super disappointing and the reason for 3 stars. Balloons had a funky smell.

The poster/picture is not near as big as they make it appear. The plates are so flimsy that they're pointless. The balloons came in the colors black, yellow and red, and the picture on them were so small, you could hardly notice what kid of balloons they were.
