Advanced FC61 fine carbide stainless steel - 61 hardness on the Rockwell scale - provides unsurpassed corrosion and chip resistance. What a difference!
This knike cuts so easily, also very comfortable to hold while cutting. I'm just a home cook and I dont think of myself as having the best knife skills but I do find it much easier to make lots of different cuts with this knife because it is so much better than my amazon knives. I received this knife as part of my wedding registry from a local cooking goods store so im also happy that I could get such a nice gift while also supporting a local store!
Great knife
Good quality knife, very well balanced. Feels very comfortable in the hand. I really like the handle shape. Is effortless to use. Highly recommend investing into a good knife like this, makes prepping food so much easier
