Ship in just one box

The pads are great, but hate when they are shipped in a large box inside of a very large box. It is so hard to pick up and open.

The only pluses were the size being accurate and being delivered on time by UPS. I use these pads under my cats' litter boxes because lthey do their best but still sometimes overshoot, and it is easier to swap out a puppy pad than mop a wet floor. I also put them in the cat carrier if we have to go to the vet or on a car trip. These are not the ones I usually buy, but if you buy in batches of 200, you don't buy them that often and I couldn't find the brand I bought before. I had seen reviews about other sizes/brands complaining of poor quality, but those were bundled of 300, s smaller size, specifically sold to train puppies and even labeled "cheap." It didn't occur to me how bad these would be. The description on these says moderate absorbency, and in the photo it shows 3 layers. This is misleading. The top is thinner than a Kleenex and is only there to hold the middle "layer" which is like randomly sprayed, very thin shredded cotton. About half the pad is gaps with no absorbent middle and it's all so sheer you could actually read through it. This may make you think it would be soft and comfortable if you were using them as an underpad for bedwetting, but it gets soggy immediately and the blue backing is not even slightly water resistant. Any liquid immediately goes through, spreads out %26 the whole thing sticks to whatever is underneath, floor, sheet etc. There probably wouldn't be any problems with runoff if they were under a person because any liquid would go through before it had a chance to spread in any direction. But if that is what is meant by "absorbent," they need to waterproof the bottom too. Luckily mine were not going to be used for bedwetting since it would be like peeing on a kleenex and would give zero mattress protection. Unfortunately these came in a value box (200). The money is already wasted. I guess I will use them up fast by stacking 3 or 4 at a time. By the way, the Search feature if you want to buy this item online is lousy. No matter how you describe or sort by size, you have to weed through dozens of random listings, quantities %26 prices. Even though 23×24 is not an uncommon size, you get mostly 17×24 and 24×36, not organized in any way. Unless you know the brand name and can describe it perfectly, you will have to scroll and scroll, click and read through dozens of irrelevant options. Then you still take your chances on the accuracy of those descriptions, like being "moderate absorbency." (Hah.) I chose these after narrowing down between sellers I didn't know anything about, all selling supposedly the same thing at same price point %26 quantity, but this brand sounded like a medical supplier, so I hoped for better quality than that of the 3rd party vendors with crazy AI-generated names. Wrong. I can't wait for these pads to be used up so I can get the ones I wanted in the first place, or failing that, so I can get a replacement if ANY OTHER BRAND, if not from Walmart, from Amazon or Sam's or somewhere else.👎
