Scam

Item arrived damaged with 7-10 spots where paint was scratched off. Seller refuses refund and demanded I pay extra 55 in import fees to receive the an item from India but their site says they are in Utah. Filing small claim case against them in local court. Hassle trying to get refund from Walmart. Do not buy from this seller. Absolute SCAM
