La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Gentle Exfoliating Gel Face Wash with Melasyl and Niacinamide, 6.76 fl oz

Okay cystic acne girlies let me warn you in advance, this is NOT a product you need to use morning and night! Use it every 2nd or 3rd day.. For the first 2 weeks I wouldn't use it more than twice MAX. The reason for this is it will push your acne (that was already there) to the surface. It can feel like this product is “Breaking you out” but it isn't. You need to trust the process. It's taken me ages to understand that some of La Roche products are treatment use and not daily use. My skins responds great to this product when I know im in a particular day in my cycle and that a breakout is coming so I'll start using it every 2nd morning. The daily face wash I use is the M+ one! I also use the Effaclar serum if breakouts are coming, but I use it at night and not directly after using the Mela B3 face wash as both products can be intense treatments but both super effective! Another tip is use their sunscreen! It can be a bit much for your poor skin if using these products and then being in direct sun, especially if you live in Australia!
