For grinding dry grains such as wheat,oats,rice,corn and barley.Allows you to grind your own flour at home so you can make all your breads,cookies and healthier option with whole grains all husk everything is used nothing refined. Specific Uses For Product: Grind the grain 3 times or more to get more finer flour. Use speed setting 4 on the stand mixer. First grind: Start at a coarse setting to break down your grains. Second grind: Change the setting to a fine grinding level for regrinding. To get more finer flour, it may be necessary to grind them 3 or more times. NOTE:Allow the stand mixer to cool 30 minutes after every 30 minutes of use.
