Outset Scallop Cast Iron Grill and Serving Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pictures of this fish cast iron grill pan does not do it justice as it looks so much better in person. I was impressed with the high quality of craftsmanship and design. The pan was larger (and longer) than I expected and felt sturdy + heavy. It comes preseasoned, so that was a huge convenience. I used this pan to cook some salmon in the oven. I loved how it performed, and my family complimented how amazing it looked being presented in it. I can't wait until the weather gets warm enough that I can used this in our outdoor grill and see which smoky flavors I can impact on various fish dishes. I have a feeling that my family and I will be doing a lot more fishing this year! And I am glad as it is such a healthy (and delicious!) way to eat. Overall, this is a wonderful product that I would gladly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoy using this fish grill pan. I was looking for something to BBQ or grill whole fish on outside on by BBQ. Typically when i cook fish on the grill flakes of fish fall off and slip through the cracks of the grill. This High Quality Cast Iron pan retains heat and cooks fish beautifully. It allows you to get that BBQ taste without losing any pieces of the meat and retaining the juices of the fish. Great product I would recommend this for any fish lover. I also threw shrimp and steak on this pan with great results.
