Employees Safety and Health look upon the prevention of accidents basically as an engineering problem to be tackled through proper designing of mechanical safety devices. The study was mainly undertaken to identify the level of employees Safety & Health measures in the organization. Once the Employees Safety & Health measures are identified it would be possible for the management to improve the employee's safety and health.
