All is good.
Very heavy duty. Commercial grade. However, the width measurement is for the basket only....does not accommodate for the support brackets on the side. It says 11".....my cabinets have an 11.5" opening, the unites were 1/4" to wide due to the supports. These should be labeled as 10 to 10-1/2". We were able to use them in other cabinets which was no big deal as we are doing all of them.

This is a sturdy basket, looks good and slides well. You really do need 12" of clearance because the upper basket is attached on the outside of the lower basket, so that adds a little width to the unit. Very easy to put together and came with a useful template for drilling holes in the bottom of the cabinet. Took less than 15 minutes to assemble.
