PetSnowy Snow+ Self Cleaning Automatic Litter Box with Odor Free TiO2 System for Cat

I had a auto cleaning litter box from a different brand that scraped metal prongs through special crystals and it constantly got clogged up or didn't work properly. You had to tilt it up to remove the box and it was inevitable that I'd have to clean up after cleaning out the box. It was also very loud and a pain to change the litter. The expense of the boxes was also adding up. What I like: I like that this one is quiet. I like that it lets me know when it needs changed without having to check. I like that the bags are easily removed and replaced while being inexpensive. I hear you can use regular trash bags but haven't tried. The not good: My app keeps offloading from my phone so I don't use it. My cat tracks a fair amount of litter out even with the litter collection pad and the curtain. I think I would deal with this with any box. It may even just be the litter I'm using. The box is larger than I anticipated and I wish I could stack stuff on it but understand why they didn't design it to be a shelf.. Warranty Related: I had the power supply go bad and they replaced it promptly. I also had the soft pad between the globe and the base come apart soon after getting it and they replaced that quickly. So far the warranty procedure has been prompt.

Delivery was pretty quick. Set up was very easy. Miss Polly took to it pretty quickly. I will say that there is still a little bit of odor but haven't played a lot with the cleaning cycles and haven't played with different litters so I think this will be a non-issue. The "waste bin full" needs to come on a little sooner (I also could check but for $700 I think it should tell me) but when it said full it was already FULL and over flowing. Again probably a little bit of a learning curve. Overall love it. Very asthetically pleasing and keeps my tiny home very tidy.
