Water pressure from Faucet

Water pressure is very low due to water restrictor. I see many complaints on this issue. Very frustrating to deal with this issue on a new faucet.

PHurley, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry your having trouble with low flow on the faucet. You are correct this is due to the flow restrictor being clogged from debris. The flow restrictor is located in the quick coupler. You can try taking it off and cleaning it out. If you are sill having an issue the quick coupler would need be changed out. You could use coupler 48220000 for a 1.75 gpm flow rate or a 12365000 for a 2.2 gpm flow rate. Confused

Had facuet professionally installed. Touch feature does not come with hot and cold water unless you purchase an additional part. With battery installed facuet come on by itself without anyone near it. There is a pull out sprayer with only a stream of water with no wider spray flow. It's an expensive attractive fixture, but the touch feature has issues.

Hello, the issues you are describing sound like a problem with the grounding of the faucet. Please make sure that the yellow grounding wire is connected directly to metal and that the black rubber washer is installed between the faucet and the counter top.
