Easy to apply, easy to clean

Easy to apply and no problem with excess sealer on the tiles. Cleans up easily the next day. I plan to buy another bottle to reapply to problem areas, as there were several that have developed now 4 weeks after application. At this stage I will attribute those problems to preexisting mold that I had not properly cleaned. If it happens again then I will deem the product ineffective. I have since hit the spots heavily with a baking soda/bleach solution and they all seem to be clean.
