Sizes Misleading

The sizes on this jacket are extremely misleading. We ordered an adult large for our 18-year-old son who is 5'-8" and 145 pounds. He was not able to even really put both arms in. We tried it on our 12-year-old son who is 5' and 90 pounds and it was the perfect size for him.

This is a joke, there is no charger included, and the size is Large but it looks a child's coat. Don't know who to contact about this jacket that I can't charge nor will it fit anyone? Any body help me. This is horrible right before Christmas. This is just unacceptable!
