Great item, poor shipping

Product works very well. So far has done a great job on very old tough stains on our carpet. Still looking at other stains to be cleaned. My gripe is with the shipping. Took almost 3 weeks. At first it showed 5-6 days. Then got pushed back again and again. Granted we live in Hawaii, but I usually get smaller items like this within a week, sometimes 2-3 days.
