-Use as a conditioner or as a weekly treatment. -Apply a generous amount to hair after cleansing with Kérastase’s Resistance Strengthening Shampoo for Lengths & Split Ends and conditioning with Resistance Strengthening Conditioner for Lengths & Split Ends (each sold separately; conditioner is an optional step). -Massage or comb through mid-lengths and ends to ensure even distribution. -Leave in for five minutes. -For curly to coily hair types, place plastic cap over hair. -Leave on for 30 to 35 minutes for a more intense treatment. -Rinse thoroughly. -Complete routine with Kérastase’s full Resistance collection for maximum strengthening benefits for lengths and ends (sold separately). -Avoid contact with eyes. -If contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
