I purchased the item in August and I finally set aside some time to install it yesterday. I did not know that it would take less than five minutes to install, otherwise I would have installed it sooner! I'm a woman, and it was my first time installing a toilet seat. The seat is never cold - how is this possible? The slow close feature is awesome! And I don't have to worry about the seat sliding or cracking when I sit on it :) Thank you Mayfair!

Better than plastic and they are flat.

We've had this style %26 brand toilet seats for years now. They have a flat seat which we prefer over the seats that are curved, they also have a flat top lid… which makes them MUCH more comfortable to sit on when the lid is down as well, and…. they are not plastic!
