Easy to assemble, be sure to assemble the extendable part within the main frame. We almost messed that part up. It is a little wobbly if you don't extend straight to get the base under you. We love it!! It's a wonderful addition for our guests!!

The bed doesn't slide out that easy, it really should have been on wheels . I gave it 4 stars for design and that's why. My mattresses I ordered were too thick and heavy for this bed to convert easily so I reordered them. Originally I had 12 in hybrid mattresses and this time I ordered 8 in plain memory foam mattresses. My two 12 hybrid mattresses were too tall in my opinion and too heavy to easily slide the bed out. If you have company once a year, it's a great bed. If you have frequent overnight guest, I'd find another design. Maybe something on wheels. You get what you pay for so I can't really complain, it's very sturdy and doesn't wobble at all and has a great price for a twin to king conversion bed. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the bed itself.
