I ordered a gown. I receiv ed a one piece pajama. So it had pant legs. It was several weeks in transit. I receiv d notification that the order was delayed. It was protected to be delivered on a Friday. On Sunday evening, I received a delivery notification that it was left on my porch in the middle of the night on a Sat. It was not there. Checked mailbox and with neighbors, no package. I waited 2 days for it to show up. On Tuesday I requested a refund for a no delivery. It processed and then the next day it was revoked saying I did not follow protocol. Then on Wednesday the items were stuffed in my mailbox. Then both “ gowns” turned out to be the wrong item. So I started the return process again. This time I had an item to return to a local store. They processed the product and gave me a receipt for it and said when it gets acknowledged as being returned to wherever it took over 3 weeks to it from then they would issue a refund. I will say if it is not IN a store, I will not be ordering an item to be shipped.
