Medium Berry taste. Not sweet, slightly tangy. Red in appearance, slightly white color. Contains Glutamine, vitamin B12, a bunch of other vitamins, and electrolytes (salts). If you are looking for a Gatorade or Powerade clone, this is definitely NOT it. If you are looking for something different to try, this is defiantly it. We like the flavor and suggest you give it a try. Two minor complaints with the packaging: 1st the seal on the top of the container does not come off all the way; it leaves a ring of foam around the edge of the top of the container. A minor annoyance. 2nd the label on the outside of the container slips so you can't easily grip to open or close the container; instead the label slides around. Annoying, but can be overcome if you grip the container on the bottom.

I have tried many different endurance powders and health powders and most of them don't taste good or are full of artificial stuff. I mixed this one with cranberry grape juice and let my teenagers try it. I also tasted it and it passes the taste test for all of us. I love that it doesn't have a bunch of artificial ingredients in it, so I know that what I am putting in my body is not harmful. I am anxious to get fit and in shape and I'm hoping this will help me.
