ArtToFrames 10x19 inch Yellow Picture Frame, Yellow Wood Poster Frame (4483)

All 4 frames I received were very nice and I was pleased as a first-time customer. The only issue I had was that I was under the impression that my 12x8 photo would be entirely visible in the frame (the product description alludes to this) but because of the lip that holds the glass, about 1/4 inch of my photos were not visible. Also, the inside dimensions of the frame were 12 1/4 x 8 1/4 so there was room to slide my photo around and I had to tape it in place. Since I wanted more of my photo to be seen, this extra space came in handy. The parts of my photos that got cropped by the glass rim were essential parts of my photograph (i.e. birds tail almost got cut out of view). I realize a solution going forward is to leave more space when taking my photos but I prefer not to do that. Also, when I added the photo to the frame in your website, as if I was going to purchase the frame AND the photo, it showed the photo as I thought it would turn out - the birds tail was just as I would have liked it to look. So I'm just bummed that it didn't turn out this way, especially because I am using these frames/photos for a contest!

My frame came in good condition, and packaged very well. No damage or defects. However, ordering from the website is a bit of a nightmare! Clicking on items for custom designs does not always work, and then sometimes it duplicates things, and charges a different price when going back and forth to look at different choices....almost not worth the time spent trying to figure it out. The only reason I came to this company was because my customer wanted the same frame I had used in the past. I stopped ordering from you awhile back because of problems with the website.
