I like the ability to use some or all of the felt organizer insert. This one is thicker than others I have used. The velcro has been useful but I notice sometimes it does not stick well and floats away from the main insert. This thick felt does add a little bulk to the bag.

The base of the organizer is usable. The weird zipper attachment is useless as it attaches with Velcro somehow to the sides of the base and does hold anything loose in the bag if it tips over. The large inset is too big for the base as it takes up all the space intended for the interior base pocket plus it has no bottom so items will just move around underneath the insert . The two loose sleeves have some use if you want to add a bottle of some sort to your bag.
