Great stove and customer service

I am really enjoying this stove. I cook about 10 times a week so I need a work horse of stove. This one has performed beautifully. The back burner is great for fast boils or maintaining better frying or sautéing temperatures. The front is a great compliment by providing good simmer control. I also love the look of it and how easy it is to clean up. It is a perfect fit for our kitchen. I have to mention that we actually had issues with the stove when we first received it. Basically, one of the burners was just a little more difficult to light than the other. However, Empava's customer service was easy to reach and super helpful. They worked hard to figure out the issue and ultimately solved the issue for us.

We love everything about it!

We just installed this cooktop in our remodeled kitchen and we love everything about it! Great product, heats up food so fast, it is unbelievable. Especially to boil water, or to defrost anything. It is hard to believe we waited so long to replace the old one we had.A great value for the price！

I bought this product (an induction cooktop) and as soon as I started using it I fell in love. This cooktop is easy to use, easy to clean and so efficient! Cooks faster than a regular burner style, while using less electricity. Smooth glass allows for the easiest cleanup.
