Setup was easy. Touch display is easy to read and understand. The remote is good. I just wish the remote background would light up especially when using it in the dark. I connected the machine on the app and one part keeps saying try back later but it does work to let me turn on the AC from the app. This AC checked a lot of boxes including finding a 14,000 BTU for this price. I appreciate what I have so far. Thank you
