Horrible return experience

These barstools did not end up working for my kitchen, and they were returnable to the store. I took them into the store to return them and was told that I could not return more than three items in one day. I had previously just returned three small things, and when it came to return these large items, was told that I had hit my limit for the day. I had to load these large boxes back up into my van and take them home with me. Who knows if I will be able to return them tomorrow. Ridiculous policy and horrible customer experience. I will be shopping elsewhere whenever possible from now on.
